Responsibilities :

  • Management of the company's truck fleet,
  • Effective planning , organization and coordination of routes using own fleet and external carriers,
  • Planning, organizing and supervising drivers' working time in accordance with EC Regulation 561/2006 and the AETR Agreement,
  • Attention to the quality and timeliness of services provided,
  • Supervision of the technical condition of the company's vehicles, cooperation with service providers
    service, fuel supply,
  • Effective cooperation with other employees of the company.

Requirements :

  • Professional experience in the TSL industry,
  • The ability to plan and organize work,
  • Knowledge of basic transport issues: min. CMR Convention, drivers' working time, etc.
  • Knowledge of transportation exchanges,
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English,
  • Commitment, proactive attitude, self-reliance,
  • The ability to work under time pressure,
  • communication skills, ability to negotiate freight rates
  • Availability and flexibility.
